Наверное, это была одна из лучших покупок на али. Очень хорошо впитывают, по ощущениям размер M напоминает обычные прокладки super. Впитывающий слой - флис, достаточно мягкий, цветная ткань водостойкая. Месячные у меня не обильные, справляются очень хорошо. Если носить с плотными трусами - не сьезжают. Ничего не преет, прокладки дышат. Отстирываются на руках, можно пользоваться и не дома (с запаской в мешочке, мешочек запахи почти не пропускает). В общем, я давно хотела приобрести zero-waste предмет личной гигиены, и это то, что нужно :)

You have to take the size M, otherwise below it corresponds to a basic slip protector and so c not ok for the rules. In size M it's niquel, I have not tested above. Really satisfied, it does not scratch, does not irritate either. Comfortable, takes a long time for me (medium flow). The only problem would be the smell, it's not filthy either but I think it's not discreet at 100% short good alternative girls do not hesitate!

Not comfortable if you are often seated. But a good alternative to disposable sanitary napkin. I use them with special rules panties.
