ORGANIC SKIN CARE PRODUCTS YOU CAN PREPARE AT HOME
You can spend half your paycheck on every new anti-aging cream out there. You can also spend half your paycheck on make-up, cleansers, masks, moisturizers, facials and more.
There are many natural home remedies that will do the trick and not cost you an arm and a leg. Most of these organic skin care products are things you have on hand and don’t take advantage of. When you look at ingredients on the products you buy, you will see many of the ingredients are things we can buy at the supermarket in many grocery aisles or in the produce department. We just don’t believe they will work because we are not spending a fortune on them and there is no one to demonstrate these and talk us into brand loyalty.
Here are some tips for all of us on the preparation of natural products for our skin care, right from our own kitchen.

How about a lemon cheesecake whitening face mask? Over the counter products that bleach your skin can cause harmful scaring so it’s better to use this natural product for your skin. Lemons have a natural whitening property and yogurt helps fade acne scars. Egg white protein boosts your skin’s natural defenses against future damage and honey is a great natural antibacterial. This technique requires 2 tablespoons of honey, 4 teaspoons of lemon juice (bottled or squeezed), 3 teaspoons of plain or Greek Yogurt and 1 egg white. Just combine them all and whisk until the mask gets thick enough to apply. Put the mask on your clean face and let it sit for 15 minutes.
We all lose skin cells and should exfoliate so here is a yogurt face scrub that is easy to use. Brewer’s yeast is high in vitamin B6 and will stimulate blood flow to rejuvenate your circulation. Remember honey is a great antibacterial and will disinfect the skin. Just take 20 grams of brewer’s yeast or tablets (grind before mixing tablets) 2 teaspoons of plain yogurt, 2 teaspoons of almond meal and 1 teaspoon of honey. Scrub immediately after you combine the ingredients and do not store in the refrigerator.
These are “Do it yourself” (DIY) organic skin care recipes and there are many more available that you can find in magazines and online, but these are just a few ideas using organic natural products that clear pores, scare away acne scars, whiten your skin and exfoliate. Remember to store these correctly.
